"BERYL Cup" International High-end Residential Design Competition is a private brand competition initiated by BERYL-Mart. With the inception in the year of 2016, "BERYL Cup" International High-end Residential Design Competition has been successfully held for four sessions. Phoenix on Chinese parasol is located in Area B of Dawang Cultural Creative Park, Chinese parasol Mountain, No. 197 kengbei Village, Luohu District, Shenzhen city, with a total construction area of about 6000 square meters. Phoenix on Chinese parasol is taken as the enterprise culture training base jointly organized by Shenzhen Fengqi Wutong Culture Co., LTD and Shenzhen Enterprise Culture Research Association under BERYL-Mart Group, where professional training services are provided for senior executives of enterprises and institutions. The training base has qualified facilities, including classrooms, offices, meeting rooms, guest rooms, restaurants, rest and entertainment.
