The cooperation conditions of the merchants
1. The company is expected to be in line with BERYL-Mart's brand positioning;

2. The quality inspection report issued by the quality inspection department at or above the provincial level must be provided. The environmental protection quality sampling inspection report issued by the quality inspection department at or above the provincial level must also be provided for the commodities subject to the ten national standards of "Limit of Harmful Substances for Interior Decoration Materials".
After the quality inspection report expires during the business period, the merchant must provide a new valid report;

3. Proof of product quality and the source and identify the merchants of various documents should be provided, including the trademark registration certificate, the legal power of attorney and the general distribution of the general power of attorney, the commodity inspection report, import goods customs declaration, commodity inspection certificate, certificate of origin, special products production license, product standard, the business license, tax registration certificate, etc.
All documents must be signed by the merchant (natural person) or affixed with the corporate seal.

Location requirements
The location should be at the intersection of the main road, around the square, on both sides of the crossroads, T-junction and ring road, and other complementary business around the project or in the business circle;
Where bus lines around, thus to ensure convenient transportation;
The location should be within 10km of the business circle, and the total resident population should cover 1 million;

Area requirements
The construction area should be around 30,000 to 50,000 square meters;
As for the single floor area, it should be not less than 5000 square meters.

Building requirements
The building structure should adopt light steel structure or reinforced concrete frame structure;
As for the column spacing, the net of the column should not less than 8 m ×8 m; As for the floor height, the first floor height should be 6 meters, and the second floor height of not less than 4.5 meters;
Floor load should be 900 kg/m2;
As for parking, 150 parking Spaces per 10,000 square meters of floor space should be provided.

Energy requirements
800 kVA should be supported per 10,000 square meters (including power consumption of air conditioning fans, excluding air conditioning hosts);
Double water inlet is required, and daily water supply should be not less than 250 tons;
Central air conditioning should be guaranteed, and cold and warm air conditioning should be provided with fresh air system;
In terms of elevator, sightseeing elevator, escalator, passenger elevator, freight elevator should be provided to meet the needs.

I. Conditions of " advance payment "
1. The customer must provide the shopping invoice, and the decoration service is within the two-year warranty period stipulated by the Home Decoration Association, and other goods are within the "three guarantees" period of the product (the "three guarantees" period is stipulated by the state, according to the state regulations; If there is no state regulation, it shall be executed within one year.
2. After the dentification by the relevant national quality inspection department, it is determined that there are quality problems in the commodities provided by the mall exhibition hall.
3. Other conditions for compensation stipulated by laws, regulations, rules and normative documents.
II. The procedure of "advance payment"
When consumers think that quality problems or service problems do exist in consumption, or they complain to the after-sales service department of the mall, and both parties confirm that the quality or service responsibility is borne by the exhibition hall, the mall shall inform the exhibition hall to solve the problem in accordance with regulations.
1. If the consumers accept the mediation opinions of both parties, the mall shall compensate the consumers directly.
2. When the consumer accepts the mediation and the exhibition hall is confirmed to be the responsible party, the shopping mall shall issue "Opinions on Quality and Complaint Handling" to inform the exhibition hall to execute within a prescribed time limit; When the exhibition hall does not perform within the specified period, the shopping mall will compensate consumers first.
III. Scope of "advance payment"
Immediate compensation shall be mainly for direct losses, and other reasonable losses shall be taken into account.
IV. Way of “advance payment”
In accordance with relevant national laws, regulations, rules and other normative documents, advance payment mainly adopts unconditional repair or replacement, where cash compensation is made when it is determined that repair or replacement cannot be made.
